Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Dillaha co-founded the Company in 2003 and is responsible for company sales, business operations and strategy. He began Performance Matters by securing a developmental partnership with our first customer. As the Company’s products developed over the first 18 months of operations, Mr. Dillaha was able to grow the business in a highly competitive market at a time when SaaS was a new concept. In 2010, he envisioned the Company’s FASTe offering and packaged a value proposition aligned to address current education legislation. Under his leadership, the Company has established a culture of technical innovation and a passion for education. Mr. Dillaha received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Central Florida.
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Waters co-founded the Company in 2003 and is the principal architect of Performance Matters’ solutions. He is responsible for the development of the product road map and company technical operations. Prior to co-founding Performance Matters, he focused most of his career in the Business Intelligence arena working as a consultant and sales engineer marrying complex business requirements with technical realities specific to the K-12 market. He has also worked as an ETL developer and was the Lead Data Warehouse Architect for Highland Consulting, a business intelligence consulting firm, where he focused on the manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. Mr. Waters received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of West Florida.
Vice President – Education Solutions
Ms. Wieland joined the Company in 2010 and is responsible for new business development. At Performance Matters, she has been the catalyst for a dramatic increase in the Company’s customer base and revenues. Her skills as an individual contributor and sales manager have put her in an elite category of people within the education community. Prior to joining Performance Matters, she worked as a top salesperson at Pearson, sales management at McGraw-Hill, and has experience as a teacher, school leader, and curriculum specialist. Ms. Wieland holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education from the University of South Florida.
Vice President – Customer Service
Mr. Coniglio joined Performance Matters in 2007 and is responsible for leading the support and database administration teams at the Company. During his tenure with Performance Matters, he led the development team and managed the transition from the first to second generation of the ADMS product and the migration to the current on line support system. Prior to joining Performance Matters, he worked in operating and technology roles for 15 years for companies such as Wallace and Associates, a tax credit company, and Solutions Builders, an Atlanta based consulting firm. While at Wallace and Associates, he served as its Chief Operating Officer. During his time at Solutions Builders, he served as a business intelligence consultant and led a professional services team of 40 consultants. Mr. Coniglio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Director – Internal Programs
Mrs. Hartnett joined the Company in 2006. She has over 20 years of experience in public education, including experience as a building level administrator in the largest district in New Hampshire, where she managed a staff of 130 employees and was responsible for the curriculum mapping and data management implementation. As Director of Internal Programs, Patrice coordinates the implementation work among the Performance Matters’ technology and support teams to ensure our implementations exceed customer expectations. In addition, Patrice administers our internal product certification program. Mrs. Hartnett holds a Master’s of Arts Degree in Education and Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Director – Customer Relations
Mr. Sutton joined Performance Matters in 2005 and is responsible for leading the Customer Relationship team. David has worked in the technology industry for nearly 30 years and has vast experience in both customer relations and sales. He began his Performance Matters career in the sales department. Due to his passion for consulting and education, Dave transitioned into the Customer Relations area in 2008 where he has actively managed large and small district implementations, and created personalized training plans to meet district needs. Prior to joining Performance Matters, Dave owned a successful consulting firm and worked for other business intelligence companies to create data analytic systems. Mr. Sutton received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Georgia.
